Saturday Only

VENUE

The event venue, on the lawn of the St. Clement’s Island Museum in Colton’s Point, MD, opens to the public at 12:00 PM on July 13, 2024. The public will not be permitted inside the event grounds before that time.

PARKING

Parking is FREE. Gates open at 12:00 PM and no sooner. No cars will be parked before 11:30 AM. In case of inclement weather, parking will be directed off-site and event attendees will be shuttled to the venue from the parking area.

SOUVENIRS

Souvenir shirts, posters and other memorabilia will be available for purchase. 

FOOD & DRINK

A variety of food and drink vendors are available throughout the festival grounds. FREE water will be provided at stations around the event locale (NO outside food or drink PERMITTED). If you have a medically-permitted reason why you must bring in food, you must contact us a minimum of 2 weeks prior in order to have this approved by event organizers.

ATMS

Mobile ATMs will be available to festival attendees.

REENTRY & WRISTBANDS

Festival attendees must wear the wristband provided upon entry during the entire duration of the event. This wristband also allows re-entry of the grounds during the day of the festival.

INCLEMENT WEATHER & REFUNDS

The festival is held rain or shine. Refunds will not be given in the event of inclement weather or any other reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WILL BE ISSUED.

ACCESSIBILITY & MOBILITY ASSISTANCE

The event grounds are ADA accessible, but any individuals needing assistance are encouraged to notify event organizers (301-769-2222) ahead of the event.

SMOKING, VAPING & CIGARS

NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Due to St. Mary’s County Government regulations, no smoking (INCLUDING CIGARS), vaping or e-cigarettes of any kind will be permitted inside the event perimeter or on museum grounds. Illegal drugs are also not permitted.

SHADE

NO TENTS, LARGE UMBRELLAS OR OTHER VIEW-OBSTRUCTING ITEMS are ALLOWED. Canopy chairs are permissible. Please be mindful of your neighbors when choosing a spot.

COOLING

Cooling stations will be available in the schoolhouse and in the main museum. There will also be ice water available at all times along the sidewalk. If you get overheated, let someone know!
